The McFadden Family has been camping along the South Fork of the Santa Ana River, in the San Bernardino Mountains, for over 100 years. I, along with my great-grandfather, grandfather, father, and my children, have all enjoyed the same beauty and beheld the same God-given wonders of this very special place. Thus, when the wind blows through tall pines, it is as though I can feel and hear a presence from the past. And when I arise early to fish for trout from the small mountain stream, I walk beneath the very trees and fish from the very same places that others long before me also knew.
For this reason our family roots at South Fork are very deep, and for this reason we have honored the deep flavor of our South Fork Fig Jam with this very special name. Made with our own Black Mission figs and gently enhanced with the essence of vanilla bean, this jam is rich in texture, flavor and appearance.
Ingredients: Rich organic Black Mission figs, sugar, pectin, and spices.
