Range Roasted Habanero Jelly
We take a common hot pepper, the orange habanero, and roast it over an open flame. We chop them and mix them with bell peppers to make this full flavored smokey hot jelly.
Ingredients: Roasted orange habanero chili peppers, bell peppers, sugar, vinegar, pectin.
